I read Calvin & Hobbes
like it’s one of my jobs
and it’s taught me there’s joy in belief.
When I read Charlie Brown,
if I’m up or I’m down,
it reminds me that life has good grief.
Perhaps we all need
some good comics to read
and we’ll gain more than comic relief.
